What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 40 Capital clients, serving as their primary advocate and point of contact.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for credit line increases and cross-selling additional capital products.
  • Analyze supply chain data to provide timely, targeted financial solutions to customers.
  • Act as frontline commercial intelligence for the credit and risk team by monitoring financial health and repayment behavior.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CFOs and CEOs at client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to develop bundled freight-capital propositions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Chicago, IL or Los Angeles, CA
  • Proven experience in a client-facing commercial role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on ownership and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
