What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Conduct field-based outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to bring in new business.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions to their needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
- Industry experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Naturally curious, adaptable, resilient, and people-oriented.
Nice to have
- Fluency in English and another language (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, etc.).
- Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.

Hiring process
- Screen Call: Video-call with Talent Team (30 minutes).
- Skills & Experience: Video/in-person interview with Head of Sales (North America) (45 minutes).
- Culture Fit: Video-call with the General Manager (30 minutes).
- Presentation: Interview with Head of Sales (North America) and a sales team member (60 minutes).
- The aim is to finalize the interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks.
