TL;DR

Account Executive: Bringing in new business development and managing the entire sales process, with an accent on achieving sales targets and partnering with potential clients. Focus on presenting products, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and aligning solutions to business objectives.

Location: On-site in New York. This is a field-based role requiring face-to-face interactions and teamwork.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 a year

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct field-based outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to bring in new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions to their needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious, adaptable, resilient, and people-oriented.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in English and another language (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, etc.).
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.

Hiring process

  • Screen Call: Video-call with Talent Team (30 minutes).
  • Skills & Experience: Video/in-person interview with Head of Sales (North America) (45 minutes).
  • Culture Fit: Video-call with the General Manager (30 minutes).
  • Presentation: Interview with Head of Sales (North America) and a sales team member (60 minutes).
  • The aim is to finalize the interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks.
