Training Specialist (Leadership Development)

Location: Washington, DC; hybrid with 50+% onsite work

Salary: USD $120,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Support enterprise leadership pathways, executive development, and strategic talent development programs.
• Plan and facilitate leadership boards, review panels, competitive selections, and workforce development activities.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, learning management systems, mandatory training tracking, program metrics, and data requests.
• Prepare schedules, procedures, agendas, meeting minutes, training materials, briefings, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate travel, project tracking, leadership presentations, coaching, mentoring, rotational assignments, and job-shadowing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, training, business, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in training management for a federal government organization.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication, coordination, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Active Secret clearance and successful completion of background and drug screening.
