What you will do

• Provide advanced Relativity support and guidance to attorneys, investigators, and litigation support specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification using complex searches, custom indices, privilege screens, and data prioritization.
• Coordinate with technical support teams and Relativity staff to resolve access, performance, freezing, viewer installation, and software-specific issues.
• Test Relativity releases and establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows across workspaces and divisions.
• Monitor Relativity analytics tools, integrations, plugins, and product changes while advocating for requested features.
• Conduct Relativity demonstrations and training and create user documentation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of litigation support experience, preferably including 4 years of progressively advanced Relativity experience.
• Relativity RCA certification required.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance required.
• Master’s degree or J.D.; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree plus 3 additional years of experience may substitute for the advanced degree.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Two Relativity certifications, including the RCA, and a Relativity Master certification.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
• Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Current or active clearance.
