What you will do

• Join a talent ecosystem considered for upcoming client engagements and expanding practice teams.
• Contribute across AI products and engineering, including LLM integration, agent development, solution architecture, full-stack engineering, prototyping, and cloud infrastructure.
• Support digital transformation and customer experience initiatives through strategy, UX/UI design, design systems, platform modernization, service design, and product management.
• Work on commerce, retail, MarTech, data, analytics, performance media, creative technology, and immersive experiential projects.
• Contribute to account management, program leadership, agency operations, and practice delivery.

Requirements

• Currently based in or willing to commute to one of the listed US office hubs.
• Ability to collaborate across strategy, design, technology, and media.
• Interest in enterprise technology, AI-driven workflows, and modern agency delivery models.
• Proven experience building, scaling, or delivering work for an agency, consultancy, enterprise technology, or DTC environment.
• Resume plus a portfolio, GitHub, or LinkedIn profile where applicable.
