What you will do
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and qualify new business leads.
- Research target clients and decision-makers, and develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Schedule and run meetings to understand needs and present TeamMate solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on targeted sales campaigns and prospecting efforts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead generation activities and client interactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- English: Fluency in English is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in software).
- Proven track record contributing to a sales pipeline that resulted in closed-won deals.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce mentioned).
- Ability to create processes to increase prospecting impact.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong communication and organizational skills.
