Location: Onsite (5x/week) in Boston, MA, United States
Salary: $53,200 - $66,000 Base Salary

What you will do
- Conduct multi-threaded cold outreach via phone, email, and social selling to identify and engage prospects.
- Prioritize and target accounts using an intent-based approach and various research tools.
- Qualify prospects at all levels, including C-level executives, using BANT and MEDDPICC frameworks.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads from multiple sources to create opportunities for the sales organization.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities within the CRM to meet quarterly quota targets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven experience in researching, cold-calling, and qualifying accounts.
- Strong problem-solving and objection handling abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
