What you will do

• Answer incoming calls regarding retirement plans, account information, and tax questions.
• Process financial transactions and assist participants with website navigation and loan initiation.
• Explain past investment returns in alignment with economic conditions and regulatory standards.
• Run disbursement quotes and respond to managerial feedback.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to maintain compliance and service quality.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
• Must provide reliable high-speed internet (50Mbps down/10Mbps up) with a wired Ethernet connection.
• Associate degree in business or equivalent experience.
