What you will do

• Provide excellent service to customers regarding their retirement savings accounts via phone.
• Educate customers on plan updates and changes without engaging in cold calling or sales.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals accurately.
• Handle general account modifications based on customer requests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Associate degree or higher with at least one year of customer service experience, OR two+ years of customer service experience.
• Availability to work a 40-hour week, including hours outside traditional business times and occasional Saturdays.
• Capability to work overtime as required by business needs.
• Must provide reliable high-speed internet (50Mbps down/10Mbps up) with a wired Ethernet connection.
