Location: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance. Role is based in Miami, FL or Tampa, FL with remote/hybrid options available.

Salary: $137,200 – $186,200 per year

What you will do

• Identify, preserve, collect, and process ESI for civil and criminal litigation and government inquiries.
• Serve as an expert user of eDiscovery applications including Veritas eDiscovery Platform and Legal Hold Management Tool.
• Collaborate with litigation teams to document search parameters and discovery plans.
• Collect data from FBI IT systems including MS-Exchange, shared drives, and instant messages.
• Administer data inputs into review platforms, including de-duplication, merging, and quality assurance.
• Provide training and technical assistance to agency attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years of experience in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
