Sr. Paralegal, Litigation and Employment Law

What you will do

• Support all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production of electronically stored information.
• Manage legal holds in Mitratech Legal Hold, including custodian identification, drafting, compliance tracking, reporting, and releases.
• Coordinate data mapping, custodian interviews, ESI collections, document preservation, chain of custody, and early case assessment.
• Administer Relativity, Microsoft Purview, and related eDiscovery workspaces, searches, document reviews, analytics, and productions.
• Support litigation and employment-law matters by drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery responses, subpoenas, and privilege logs.
• Coordinate with attorneys, HR, IT, compliance teams, outside counsel, and third-party vendors while tracking eDiscovery costs, timelines, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in litigation and labor and employment law in law-firm and in-house environments.
• Hands-on expertise across the EDRM lifecycle, legal research, discovery drafting, and trial preparation.
• Experience with Relativity, including Relativity Analytics and Active Learning, Microsoft Purview, or similar eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience with Technology Assisted Review, predictive coding, concept clustering, ESI data types, metadata, email archiving, and cloud-based data sources.
• Working knowledge of relevant Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence, state procedural rules, GDPR, CCPA, and cross-border data-transfer requirements.
