Client Services Project Manager (Data Analytics & Governance)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the office, based in Boston, Dallas, Houston, or Washington DC.

Salary: $114,200–$182,750 for Boston positions; $119,200–$190,675 for Washington, DC positions.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients on eDiscovery matters.
• Provide strategic consultation across the EDRM, including collection, processing, analysis, and production.
• Advise on search-term logic, ESI protocols, production formats, cost-saving measures, email threading, and analytics.
• Lead quality control for search terms, production specifications, processing work, and matter documentation.
• Develop project plans, assign tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate operations, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support client-facing opportunities, training, pricing, billing, AFAs, time management, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in litigation support or eDiscovery consulting, including at least two years in a multi-office law firm or alternative legal service provider.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, reasoning, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes, detail-heavy projects and build trusted client relationships.
• Working knowledge of RelOne and other eDiscovery platforms.
• Technical expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Aspera, Beyond Compare, CaseNotebook, and TrueCrypt.
• High integrity, discretion, responsiveness, sound business judgment, and a data-driven approach.
