What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing activities for the Seating department team.
• Assign tasks and manage production schedules to ensure on-time shipments.
• Facilitate kaizen events and implement problem-solving solutions to improve efficiency.
• Oversee employee training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards including ISO 14001/9001.
• Collaborate with maintenance and support resources to optimize equipment functionality.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in East Greenville, PA
• 3-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and implementation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of ISO 14001/9001 quality and environmental standards.
• Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive process improvements.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working in production assembly operations.
• Familiarity with JDE ERP and Ceridian Dayforce software.
