What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow and manage labor to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment breakdowns in coordination with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Report production metrics, downtime, and scrap operational data.
• Lead start-of-shift meetings and collaborate with Quality Assurance to uphold product standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred, or 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
