What you will do

• Deliver production objectives and make quality decisions during the shift.
• Execute shift operations plans, focusing on production priorities and resource allocation.
• Track, evaluate, and develop individual operator performance.
• Ensure all products meet requirements defined by the Plant’s Quality Management Systems.
• Comply with safety procedures and ISO14001 environmental guidelines.
• Serve as a leader for the plant evacuation team and as a first responder.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate Degree preferred).
• At least two years of progressive management experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Management experience in the optical fiber cabling industry preferred.
• Strong administrative, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under stressful circumstances.
