Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Direct millwork operation strategies across the enterprise to facilitate process improvement and gain efficiencies.
• Analyze and establish operational efficiencies to meet market goals and maximize working capital.
• Oversee company-wide operations to increase sales and profitability through competitive pricing practices.
• Implement cost containment measures to control both fixed and variable costs.
• Improve product quality and ensure implementation of necessary improvements.
• Coordinate inventory management and serve as a liaison between operations and corporate/regional offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years’ experience managing millwork operations.
• Demonstrated experience with lean processing techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP programs.
• Willingness and ability to travel to facility locations up to 75%.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
