What you will do

• Design and create 3D models and technical drawings using Creo or SolidWorks.
• Manage new product designs from initial concept through to mass production.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure high craftsmanship and quality.
• Build and validate prototypes in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Conduct product testing to ensure compliance with performance and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience in product development.
• Experience designing upholstered seating, including wood frames and foam applications.
• Proficiency with CAD systems, specifically Creo or SolidWorks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.
