What you will do

• Establish daily production priorities based on current needs and operational status.
• Drive the achievement of KPIs and targets through operational support.
• Implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.
• Manage the end-to-end production order process and SAP/PRODETIQ systems.
• Perform waste reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide training and development for new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or similar engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or related role.
• Proficient Spanish and intermediate-advanced English.
• Strong skills in organization, analysis, and assertive communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel database management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Previous professional internships or social service in manufacturing environments.
