What you will do

• Coordinate resources to perform verifications, tests, and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with Quality Managers and Engineers on quality improvement projects.
• Supervise, train, and provide necessary tools and equipment to operators.
• Monitor production operations and tools to identify nonconforming products and issue quality alerts.
• Coordinate first article inspections for new production runs and revision changes.
• Participate in internal process audits and Tier meetings to propose improvement actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory quality role.
• Proficiency in using measurement equipment, blueprint reading, and understanding tolerances.
• Knowledge of sampling theory and basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) theory.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (as specified in the posting).
