What you will do

• Lead cross-functional packaging development efforts from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and execute robust project plans with clear timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive innovation by implementing new materials, technologies, and processes to enhance product protection and sustainability.
• Mentor and support team members by sharing expertise and helping navigate complex challenges.
• Champion continuous improvement to optimize packaging efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Design, or relevant packaging engineering experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in packaging engineering, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing.
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing methods, and performance testing standards (ISTA, ASTM).
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage ambiguity under pressure.
• Valid US visa and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
