Sales Specialist (Foodtech): Expanding the community of food waste warriors by onboarding restaurants, cafΓ©s, and local food retailers with an accent on outbound prospecting and field sales. Location: Hybrid (Italy). Ideally located in Bologna or Modena; must be available to travel around Emilia-Romagna.

What you will do
- Research the market to identify stakeholders and generate interest in the platform.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email, spending over 70% of time contacting potential partners.
- Perform field visits at least 2 days a week to meet restaurant owners and open store profiles.
- Onboard and train new partners on using the app and optimizing food waste solutions.
- Work towards weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Growth departments to maximize acquisition results.
Requirements
- Initial experience in sales, specifically including cold acquisition.
- Strong communication skills for email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Fluency in Italian and a good understanding of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel is essential.
- Genuine passion for the mission of fighting food waste.
