Location: Must be based in or able to travel to the Peterborough, Campbellford, Cobourg, & Belleville area, Canada

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGM and ETG equipment according to regulatory and company standards.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing to ensure proper machine operation.
• Navigate management terminals daily to verify equipment status and resolve issues.
• Complete accurate incident reports and detailed technical logs for all maintenance activities.
• Adhere to strict safety procedures regarding electricity, vehicle operation, and heavy equipment handling.
• Collaborate with management and technical leads to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and pass background investigations.
• Minimum one year of experience in assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices (or six months with a relevant certificate).
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to read technical schematics and service manuals.
