Field Service Technician (igaming): Performing installation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) and Electronic Table Games (ETG) at customer sites with an accent on diagnostic testing and hardware repair. Focus on ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate technical logs, and providing high-quality customer support within the assigned Ontario region.
Location: Must be based in or able to travel to the Peterborough, Campbellford, Cobourg, & Belleville area, Canada

What you will do
- Perform preventative maintenance on EGM and ETG equipment according to regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing to ensure proper machine operation.
- Navigate management terminals daily to verify equipment status and resolve issues.
- Complete accurate incident reports and detailed technical logs for all maintenance activities.
- Adhere to strict safety procedures regarding electricity, vehicle operation, and heavy equipment handling.
- Collaborate with management and technical leads to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and pass background investigations.
- Minimum one year of experience in assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices (or six months with a relevant certificate).
- Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to read technical schematics and service manuals.
