What you will do

• Perform maintenance tasks and troubleshooting on Dash 8, CRJ, Boeing 737, and Embraer aircraft.
• Complete maintenance releases and ensure accurate technical documentation.
• Mentor apprentices and trainees in industry best practices.
• Participate in company safety management systems and hazard reporting.
• Maintain a clean work area and exercise strict FOD vigilance.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Must hold a Transport Canada AME License in the E Category.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Diploma in aircraft maintenance from an accredited college.
• Ability to read and follow complex Aircraft Manuals and Publications.
• Must be able to obtain an Airport Restricted Area Pass.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Endorsement for Dash-8 Q400, Classic Dash 8, or CRJ series aircraft.
• Previous experience working on the specified aircraft models.
