What you will do

• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs to minimize production downtime.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production, filling, packaging, and water treatment equipment.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors for necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and traceability using PMXPERT.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices and assist in health and safety program implementation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving ideas.

Requirements

• Minimum class 5 power engineering certification.
• Prior professional experience in a maintenance or technician role.
• Technical knowledge of PLC and PMXPERT systems.
• Physical capability to perform demanding maintenance work.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• English: B2 proficiency required
