What you will do
- Process and review sales orders to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records while managing invoicing.
- Monitor customer payments in collaboration with the Accounting team.
- Provide timely order status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and distributors.
- Support continuous improvement of sales administration processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French required.
- Proven experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office (Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
