What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end fit-out, renovation, and relocation projects by coordinating architects, contractors, and vendors.
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify risks and ensure builds align with plans.
  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including vendor contracts for cleaning, maintenance, and catering.
  • Act as the primary expert for facilities issues, troubleshooting faults to minimize business disruption.
  • Lead regional health and safety initiatives, including training, incident readiness, and business continuity planning.
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasting spend and identifying efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities or workplace management.
  • Proven track record in delivering fit-outs or renovations.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple sites and vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a regional or multi-site role.
  • Engineering background or technical training.
  • Familiarity with workplace systems like desk booking or travel platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and budgeting.
