What you will do
- Lead end-to-end fit-out, renovation, and relocation projects by coordinating architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify risks and ensure builds align with plans.
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including vendor contracts for cleaning, maintenance, and catering.
- Act as the primary expert for facilities issues, troubleshooting faults to minimize business disruption.
- Lead regional health and safety initiatives, including training, incident readiness, and business continuity planning.
- Manage regional budgets, forecasting spend and identifying efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or workplace management.
- Proven track record in delivering fit-outs or renovations.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple sites and vendors.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience in a regional or multi-site role.
- Engineering background or technical training.
- Familiarity with workplace systems like desk booking or travel platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and budgeting.
