Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada (Hybrid: 3 days minimum in office).
Compensation: $4,739.00 - $5,102.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Coordinate undergraduate Honours program admissions, registration, and academic progress monitoring.
- Manage graduate doctoral admissions processes and track student progress reports.
- Act as lead hand for 100 and 200 level Teaching Assistants, including onboarding and HR appointment monitoring.
- Implement course schedules, manage course caps, and coordinate final exam requests.
- Provide complex advising to students regarding program policies and requirements.
- Oversee work processes and priorities for the Student Services unit.
Requirements
- High School graduation plus two-year post-secondary diploma and four years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
- Must be able to work on-site at the Vancouver campus (hybrid arrangement).
- Strong analytical ability and moderate to advanced competency with Excel.
- Proven ability to interpret and implement complex policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Nice to have
- Experience with systems such as Workday, eVision, SISC, Scientia, Blue, or WordPress.
- Experience working within a complex organizational structure or public-sector environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
