What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for OEMs and 1st Tier engineering regarding automotive fuse products.
• Identify new global opportunities for fuse products and projects in collaboration with the sales team.
• Provide technical training on "Fuseology" and product updates to customers and distributors.
• Analyze HEV/PHEV/EV battery protection systems and explore new Current Sensor and pPTC technologies.
• Conduct competitor assessments, maintain a competitive database, and monitor OEM standards.
• Collaborate with product engineering to develop cost-effective solutions based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Telecommunications, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in automotive product/technology protection.
• Strong experience in customer interaction throughout product design and technical support processes.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
