What you will do

• Drive design wins and new product adoption within target accounts.
• Conduct technical product presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition deployments.
• Manage project design-in campaigns to ensure early involvement in customer technology roadmaps.
• Synthesize customer insights and competitive analysis to improve product definitions.
• Own the block diagram process to ensure comprehensive system-level sales.
• Educate field sales teams on new technologies and product features.

Requirements

• BSEE degree required (MSEE preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrification design for EV or industrial applications.
• Technical expertise in power applications including ECUs, BCMs, or power management.
• In-depth understanding of the Americas semiconductor market.
• Strong knowledge of discrete semiconductors, MOSFETs, and analog ICs.
• Willingness to travel (primarily West Coast US, 10%).
