What you will do

• Develop detailed operation sheets and NC programs for high-precision parts.
• Define manufacturing sequences, tooling, and gauging requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Perform hands-on program prove-outs and machine troubleshooting.
• Recommend process enhancements and tooling upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Assist in estimating costs and timelines for new production proposals.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• 3+ years of CNC programming experience using CAD/CAM software.
• Proven expertise in Multi-Axis Machining.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering from raw material to finished product.
• Hands-on experience with machine setup and operation.
• Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or High School diploma with 8+ years of experience.
