What you will do

• Lead the development of complex 3–5 axis CNC programs for aerospace components.
• Optimize toolpaths for maximum efficiency, quality, and surface finish requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot machining issues.
• Perform program validation using simulation, dry runs, and machine tests.
• Participate in design-for-manufacturability (DFM) reviews and process improvements.
• Mentor and train junior CNC programming personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Deep knowledge of multi-axis programming challenges and aerospace tolerances.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Proven experience mentoring and leading programming efforts.
• Required to verify identity and employment eligibility via E-Verify.
