Location: Must be based in France (Remote)

What you will do

  • Manage and develop assigned customer accounts to drive revenue growth, including ownership of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, and quality functions.
  • Lead pricing negotiations and manage purchase agreements for assigned accounts.
  • Support and develop distribution partners to grow business within the region.
  • Coordinate customer escalations and communicate across internal Quality, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
  • Promote products directly to customers and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive component or sub-system sales.
  • Proven experience with OEM and/or Tier I/II automotive suppliers.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment and collaborating with global teams.
