TL;DR

Fleet Solutions Sales Manager (Automotive): Driving profitable growth and market share for fleet customers by translating needs into solutions-based sales with an accent on strategic account management and long-term customer loyalty. Focus on consultative selling, reducing churn, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end fleet solutions.

Location: Must be based in Arizona, Nevada, or California; 100% remote with local travel required at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Drive sell-out performance within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing fleet customers to grow and protect account share.
  • Provide end-to-end account management and serve as a trusted partner to fleets.
  • Collaborate with CTSC teams and servicing dealers to ensure seamless execution of fleet needs.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to profitably expand national and local accounts.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for consultative selling of the Total Solution across OE, new tire, and retread offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven success in managing strategic customer relationships and driving long-term account growth.
  • Strong background in B2B sales with deep expertise in solutions-based and consultative selling.
  • Solid business, financial, and negotiation acumen paired with excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be based in Arizona, Nevada, or California.
  • Ability to travel locally at least 3 days per week.
