What you will do
- Drive sell-out performance within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing fleet customers to grow and protect account share.
- Provide end-to-end account management and serve as a trusted partner to fleets.
- Collaborate with CTSC teams and servicing dealers to ensure seamless execution of fleet needs.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to profitably expand national and local accounts.
- Utilize data-driven insights for consultative selling of the Total Solution across OE, new tire, and retread offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of sales experience.
- Proven success in managing strategic customer relationships and driving long-term account growth.
- Strong background in B2B sales with deep expertise in solutions-based and consultative selling.
- Solid business, financial, and negotiation acumen paired with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be based in Arizona, Nevada, or California.
- Ability to travel locally at least 3 days per week.
