What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain automotive dealer clients within the sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners to identify and meet their financing needs.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor dealership conditions and develop risk assessment models to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections.
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel >75% of the time, including overnight travel.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Must be based in the USA to align with US-specific benefits and operations.
