What you will do
- Identify, target, and acquire new franchised and independent motor dealer partnerships across the assigned region.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective dealer accounts through networking and outbound prospecting.
- Deliver commercial proposals and negotiate terms to onboard new dealer partners.
- Manage and develop existing accounts through product training, performance management, and regular reviews.
- Monitor dealer conduct indicators to ensure alignment with FCA Consumer Duty and fair value standards.
- Collect dealer feedback to inform the Product team for continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or field sales within motor finance, automotive, or financial services.
- Full UK driving licence and the ability to manage a territory independently.
- Working knowledge of the FCA Handbook, Consumer Duty, and motor finance commission/disclosure rules.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and experience engaging with senior decision-makers.
- Must be based in the UK to perform field visits and regional account management.

- Experience working for a lender, broker, or captive finance organisation.
- Knowledge of retail, stocking, or ancillary motor finance products.
