What you will do

  • Execute employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation, probation tracking, and contract updates in line with local requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on data quality.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers via SSC service channels (ticketing, email, phone).
  • Maintain personnel files and documentation in strict compliance with GDPR and retention regulations.
  • Support process standardization and the migration of new processes or countries into the Shared Service Center.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR administration or operations, ideally in an SSC or international environment.
  • Proven experience working with HR systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Mandarin.
