HR Operations Specialist (HR Systems): Supporting accurate, compliant HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and employee lifecycle processes with an accent on HR data integrity, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement. Focus on administering Workable, Employment Hero, and Jira workflows, preparing employee documentation and reports, and maintaining compliance with employment regulations.
Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Support day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, and employee variations.
- Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and records across HR systems.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Administration, and business stakeholders.
- Use Workable, Employment Hero, and Jira to manage HR workflows and data integrity.
- Draft employee correspondence and support HR policies, procedures, handbooks, and performance review processes.
- Prepare HR reports, monitor service levels, resolve or escalate process issues, and contribute to workflow improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Workable, Employment Hero, and Jira is advantageous.
- Knowledge of employment law compliance and HR best practices.
