What you will do

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee variations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation using Workable, Employment Hero, and Jira.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes.
• Draft employee correspondence, contract variations, and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Administer performance review processes and prepare HR reports to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia
