TL;DR

Sr Analyst, People Experience Delivery: Deliver employee experience–focused People operations support across Malaysia and Thailand with an accent on Workday HCM accuracy, end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, and compliant HR operations. Focus on payroll and benefits delivery, ServiceNow-based employee support, and continuous process improvement including AI-enabled efficiency opportunities.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including pre/post-hire logistics, employee records, and probation period milestones.
  • Administer employee data and employment changes in Workday with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Run the HR-side of the monthly payroll cycle, validate Workday data, and coordinate with Finance and payroll vendors.
  • Support benefits administration and compensation cycles, and produce regular/ad hoc People reports and analytics.
  • Identify and implement HR process streamlining opportunities in Workday and other tools, including AI-enabled workflow automation and smart reporting.
  • Handle employee inquiries and operational support via ServiceNow, and support local/regional People programs and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Services roles.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end People operations across Malaysia and Thailand.
  • English and Thai proficiency required.
  • Strong understanding of employment practices, laws, and compliance requirements in Malaysia and Thailand.
  • Solid payroll knowledge (salary structures, statutory requirements, tax regulations) and experience managing benefits programs.
  • Proven experience with Workday (HCM, recruiting, onboarding, and reporting) and strong communication with attention to detail.
