TL;DR

HR Administrator: Delivering accurate and compliant HR administration to support a seamless colleague experience with an accent on contract management, onboarding, and data integrity. Focus on maintaining high-quality HR service, supporting ER processes, and ensuring adherence to policy and legislation.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Yeovil, UK (Hybrid role with up to 2 days working from home).

What you will do

  • Draft and finalize employment contracts and offer letters ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Verify right-to-work documentation and maintain accurate digital personnel files.
  • Manage employee data updates and documentation within the HRIS system.
  • Support ER processes by tracking documentation and assisting case managers.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for colleagues and leaders regarding HR policies and system queries.
  • Oversee benefit enrollments and ensure accurate data transfer to providers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Yeovil, UK.
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within an HR team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience using SAP HR.
