What you will do
- Manage HR documentation, including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal tracking systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding execution, including system access and asset tracking.
- Track attendance, leave, and timesheets to support payroll reporting.
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance enrollment and claims coordination.
- Perform HR data audits and compliance checks to ensure data consistency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or People Ops.
- Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR workflows.
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
