What you will do

• Process new business applications and policy changes for current and legacy products.
• Perform accurate data entry for policy updates and maintenance requests.
• Review applications for missing information and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers and agents via phone and written correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve processing issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain work items according to established service level expectations and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years of college preferred.
• Previous experience in health or life insurance operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid office environment in Plano, TX.
