What you will do

  • Manage and motivate both representative and direct sales organizations to achieve regional growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term geographic growth plans aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Oversee key accounts, distribution networks, and value-added integrator programs.
  • Conduct periodic sales meetings, technical training seminars, and performance reviews.
  • Prospect and develop new targets within industrial markets while managing area budgets and sales forecasts.
  • Provide technical expertise to solve complex heat transfer application needs and develop detailed customer proposals.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the assigned Midwest geographic area.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Engineering degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in related industrial markets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel as required for the role.
