What you will do

• Sell lease-to-own financial products to small-to-midsize retail partners.
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline within the assigned New Mexico territory.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate performance and drive market share.
• Negotiate contractual agreements with new and existing retail partners.
• Provide in-store training and onboarding to ensure partner advocacy.
• Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to meet partner needs.

Requirements

• Must reside in New Mexico and maintain a clean driving record.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, or account management.
• 3-5 years of experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills.
