What you will do

• Resolve complex issues across the SaaS and identity stack including Okta, Google Workspace, and MDM.
• Lead major operational programs such as onboarding, executive support, or M&A integration.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and partner with Automation Engineers to implement durable fixes.
• Serve as an escalation point and mentor for E2/E3 engineers to raise the team's operational bar.
• Partner with Security, People, and Finance teams on access reviews, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
• Utilize AI-assisted workflows to draft runbooks, debug issues, and accelerate resolution times.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations experience.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead role at a fast-growing company.
• Deep hands-on experience with SaaS and identity stacks (Okta, Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Proficiency in conference-room AV systems and physical access control systems.
• Strong customer instinct with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-stakes situations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).
