What you will do

  • Lead and develop the AMER IT Services team through 1:1s, performance coaching, and growth planning.
  • Oversee daily IT operations at the New York site, including ticket management, SLAs, and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate IT support for remote, unstaffed sites to ensure service continuity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site-level IT needs, including vendor management and facilities coordination.
  • Partner with global IT leadership to align on standards, priorities, and cross-regional projects.
  • Manage the site IT budget and report on initiatives and expenditures.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, US
  • 2+ years of experience leading an IT Services team or managing people in a technical environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or operations, specifically with macOS and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and engineers.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, identify problems proactively, and manage ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing or supporting remote or unstaffed sites.
  • Background in A/V and event support.
  • Proficiency with Okta, MDM, or endpoint management tools.
