What you will do
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and access management.
- Oversee the IT service desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Lead Tier 2 technical support for end-user devices and infrastructure issues.
- Develop and document scalable IT operational processes and runbooks.
- Mentor the IT Operations team and establish knowledge-sharing standards.
- Monitor endpoint security and identity management systems like Okta and CrowdStrike.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Okta or similar identity management platforms.
- Proficiency in managing Google Workspace environments at scale.
- Experience with EDR tools like CrowdStrike Falcon and device management platforms like Kandji.
- Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals and compliance practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage service desk workflows.
- Must be able to work on-site in New York City one day per week.
