What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to shape strategy for top accounts and complex opportunities.
• Develop data-driven business cases to quantify customer impact on revenue, cost, and efficiency.
• Lead executive-level storytelling and discussions with C-suite stakeholders.
• Equip sales teams with value-based proposals, ROI models, and messaging frameworks.
• Identify and remove barriers to closing strategic deals to improve win rates and velocity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing to align value propositions.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or enterprise SaaS/HealthTech.
• Direct experience in the US healthcare market is required, including work with health systems, IDNs, or payers.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, revenue cycle management, and value-based care.
• Proven track record in business case development and supporting complex enterprise deals.
• Exceptional financial modeling and ROI expertise.
• Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments.
