What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to shape strategy for top-tier accounts and complex enterprise deals.
• Develop robust, data-driven business cases quantifying revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Deliver C-level narratives to CFOs, Heads of Tax, and CIOs regarding investment rationale and strategic impact.
• Equip sales teams with value-based proposals, ROI models, and financial tools.
• Identify and remove barriers to closing deals, including stakeholder alignment and budget justification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing to align value propositions with market needs.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or Tax & Accounting software.
• Proven track record in business case development, value engineering, and supporting complex enterprise deals.
• Strong financial modeling and ROI expertise with the ability to translate technical solutions into financial outcomes.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes across finance, tax, and IT.
• Must be able to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with corporate tax departments, accounting firms, or finance controllership organizations.
• Experience advising Private Equity firms on portfolio company value creation and diligence.
• Familiarity with tax workflows, financial close processes, and digital transformation in finance.
