What you will do
- Develop and prioritize operating model strategies, including structure, governance, and ways of working.
- Lead end-to-end business build activities to evolve service delivery and colleague experience.
- Manage complex organizational restructuring and change delivery in a structured, colleague-centric manner.
- Influence senior leadership and stakeholders up to ExCo level to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the function in group-wide programs to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
- Contribute to the integration of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, into future operating models.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating model strategy and organizational transformation within large, complex organizations.
- Strong background in business architecture, strategy development, and implementation.
- Track record of influencing and delivering outcomes in matrixed environments with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with organizational development, governance, and consultation processes.
- Ability to operate at pace while balancing critical thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity based in Leeds.
