What you will do

  • Develop and prioritize operating model strategies, including structure, governance, and ways of working.
  • Lead end-to-end business build activities to evolve service delivery and colleague experience.
  • Manage complex organizational restructuring and change delivery in a structured, colleague-centric manner.
  • Influence senior leadership and stakeholders up to ExCo level to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the function in group-wide programs to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
  • Contribute to the integration of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, into future operating models.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operating model strategy and organizational transformation within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong background in business architecture, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Track record of influencing and delivering outcomes in matrixed environments with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with organizational development, governance, and consultation processes.
  • Ability to operate at pace while balancing critical thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity based in Leeds.
