What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to prioritize account portfolios and maintain long-term relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and discovery to proposal and closing.
- Identify and acquire new logo prospects through both inbound and outbound channels.
- Collaborate with technical engineers and Sales Support Specialists to address complex customer needs.
- Transition closed sales to fulfillment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide specialized insights to support multi-year account plans for GAMs and SAMs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Japan
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of related sales experience.
- Deep knowledge and experience with specialty products/services within the TIC portfolio.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
